• Delivery: Instant digital delivery by email
• Usage: Redeemable online through Essex Rescue's Shopify store for the purchase of an Essex Rescue Subscription
• Expiration: Valid for the entire 2026 year
• Product Restrictions: The gift card is intended exclusively for subscription purposes (gift card recipients must live in Essex Rescue's primary coverage area). It cannot be applied toward transport charges, other gift cards, or memorial services. The card is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for eligible subscription services as specified.

1. Validity Period
   This gift card is valid for purchases made between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Unused balances after this date may be forfeited, unless prohibited by applicable law.
2. Digital Delivery
   Gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser or recipient. No physical card will be mailed.
3. Redemption
   Gift cards can be redeemed online only through our Shopify store at checkout. They cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law.
4. Non-Refundable
   All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Balance Tracking
   Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the gift card and can be used toward future orders during the valid period.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
   Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or misdirected gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
7. Fraud Prevention
   We reserve the right to void or cancel any gift card that appears to have been obtained fraudulently or used in a manner inconsistent with our policies.
8. Use of Emblem / Branding
   The Essex Rescue emblem is used for identification only and may not be reproduced or altered.
9. Limitations

• Gift
  cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Discounts
  or coupon codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
• Gift
  cards may not be reloadable.
